The registrar, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde is keeping to the promises he made 2015, where he said that the jamb body will giving Nigerians the best Computer Based Test ever conducted, on a large scale by any public examination body in Nigeria, as we have also confirmed that the Board has approved more centres and has also insists that these centres meet best global requirements for a proper examination.

We have over four hundred (400) cbt centres across the 36 states of Nigeria and outside Nigeria, and these centres will be used in the 2016 UTME exercise.

We would love to clarify some information and misconceptions people do have about the body, the jamb utme Board is an agency that is consistently and practically administered on change and innovation. As each year, the board brings in a good number of changes, making sure that all students partaking in the exercise are on top of assessment and measurement.

According to Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, who disclosed that year 2016, the board has ensured that the newly installed innovations will ensure that all candidates, will be writing the examination under the best environment with the required standard questions.

One of the main goals of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, is to restore back, the lost glory of Nigeria education system. Today, the Computer Based Test has given the Board a whole new level of renewed determination given its prospects. The Board management is making sure, that they will continue taking positive decision to get its ultimate best and place Nigerian students, among the best in the world.

Our candid advice to all participants and candidates who will be sitting for this forthcoming examination, is to work hard, read all necessary books especially the text, “The Last Days at Forcados High School” capable of enhancing their performance in the examination.
